What We Will Do
‍We have taken all steps to follow the latest HK Government guidelines in each of our clinics. Our staff will practice the following protocols:

  • Enhanced cleaning measures throughout the day, with frequent wipe down of all surfaces, door handles, equipment and products after each use.
  • S taff will wear masks at all times in the clinic, and our Therapists also wear gloves during every treatment.
  • Employee temperatures are taken before each shift. If any of our team members have a temperature or show any signs of sickness they will be sent home.
  • Hand sanitizer and facial masks are available to clients upon entering our clinics.


We practice and enforce social distancing within our clinics.
What We Request You To Do
‍Please follow the below protocols for the safety of our staff and clients:

  • Wear a face covering. Skin Laundry follows all Government and health department regulations and recommendations when requiring our clients to wear a face covering while inside the clinic, regardless of vaccination status. If you need a mask, our clinic team members can provide you with a brand new one.
  • Stay home if you show signs of any illness or are under local quarantine orders. Our team will require all clients to review our COVID-19 consent form. Should you show any signs of sickness you will be kindly asked to reschedule your appointment.

We understand that pregnancy and nursing can be a sensitive time for women, and we take extra precautions to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients. We are happy to say that our laser facials are safe to do during pregnancy and/or nursing. However, we always recommend that our pregnant/nursing clients consult and receive approval from their OB/GYN prior to receiving treatment.

In addition, we ask that our clients indicate on their medical intake form or inform our medical professionals if they are pregnant and/or nursing. This allows us to customize the treatment plan accordingly and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.

Our team of licensed healthcare professionals and highly trained Laser Specialists are knowledgeable and experienced in providing care for pregnant and nursing women. We believe that everyone deserves to feel confident and empowered in their skin, regardless of age. That's why we offer treatments to minors who are at least 13 years of age. We understand that skincare is an important part of self-care and can help boost confidence and self-esteem.

To ensure the safety and comfort of our younger clients, we do require that a parent or legal guardian book on their behalf. This is to ensure that both the parent/legal guardian and the minor understand the treatment and any potential risks. We also require valid photo ID for both the parent/legal guardian and the minor. For minors, a student ID and birth certificate or any government-issued ID are valid forms of identification.

We pride ourselves on providing safe, effective, and personalized treatments for all of our clients, including minors. Our team of licensed healthcare professionals and highly trained Laser Specialists are knowledgeable and experienced in working with younger clients. We believe that by starting a skincare routine at a young age, our clients can establish healthy habits and achieve long-term skin health and vitality.

We value our clients' time and understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. That's why we have a cancellation and rescheduling policy in place to ensure that we can accommodate our clients' needs while also respecting our team's time and schedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us 12 hours notice, or a HK$150 fee will be charged. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list or in need of an urgent appointment. In the event that you arrive late, we will simply reduce your treatment time accordingly to avoid cutting into the next client's appointment. However, if you are more than 5 minutes late, a HK$150 cancellation fee will be charged, and you will need to make a new appointment.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by signing into your account on our website, selecting your name, and navigating to "Appointments." Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have about our cancellation policy or to assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

While we understand that our clients may need to bring their children or pets to their appointments, we cannot guarantee the ability of our clinic team members to provide supervision. More importantly, we cannot be held responsible for our client's children and/or pets. For the safety of everyone involved, we cannot allow a child or pet in the treatment room due to eye safety. This policy applies to service animals as well.
